Cigarette lighter and auxiliary power outlet not working properly

Hello out there.


I have a 04 and the other day I was pumping up some tires, and blew the fuse so I switched it. The thing is now only the cigarette lighter has power but the auxiliary is dead I checked other fuses but they all seem to be good but didn’t check the ones under the hood. Thanks in advance

You should disassemble and remove the bezel for the switches and power receptacles to inspect the wiring harness connector.
The connector may have melted due to the excessive amperage drawn by the compressor.

It’s the outlet ,you can get an outlet and take apart tool from Dorman for cheap

Yes they burn out,if you have power to them at the plug it is burnt out
