That’s where it broke. Try to pull a little out where it goes through the firewall to the HEVAC Box and repair it.

Does anyone know what size that line is or where you can order it? The line on my '05 sport has a broken line on the left side of that same T connector and I cannot seem to find where to buy that line at

Dorman and others sell that hard line in packages, or just cut both ends clean and connect them back together with a snug fitting piece of rubber vacuum line.

I’ve used this tubing to replace a piece to the cruise control. It’s pretty flexible so I was able to reroute it to a better location.
