Broken exhaust flanges

Hey guys, I changed my rear main seal and I noticed that crap. I think the previous mechanic did this to remove a bolt. I'm trying to find a way to fix this because I believe this is the reason why I'm getting a sensor code even after changing it. I don't have a welder. Any way to change this? Also, anyone knows where I can buy the exhaust manifold bolts? Preferably on Amazon. Thank you ,

Perhaps a big fender washer and a bolt?

The mopar bolts are pretty much sold out everywhere I’ve looked. I bought the last “three” from mopar parts.com. The nuts are available.

And pretty salty for what they are. I had no luck finding the bolts anywhere.

I think I paid $7 for one bolt. The only special I saw in it was a deeper hex head on it. Probably a grade eight?

Thank you for your help guys. Thinking of buying this. Anyone knows the size I need to get? I won't be able to access my car for a few days to measure. Also, is there any seal or gasket I need to buy? I don't think I had any.
