Broken brake hose on the trail. Do I need to replace the caliper?

So, I was out with @Rubi04 yesterday at Brown's Camp and the front right brake line split open. Did the trail fix of plugging the line and continued to have an awesome day!

I have ordered new YJ lines for the front and a standard TJ line for the rear. I only have a 2" spring lift so I have read I do not need longer lines, but just to give myself some room I went with the YJ fronts, and figured all the rubber is probably original and 19 years old so I am doing all 3 while I have the system open. Any issues with running the YJ lines on 2002 with a 2" lift?

Here is my main question.......I tried to plug the brake line going to the caliper as well as the one going to the main system, but the split was right at where the rubber hose goes into the metal sleeve at the caliper connection, so there is a good chance dirt and water got into the line at the caliper. Is there an easy way to clean out the caliper? Or, given that a rebuilt caliper is about $30 should I just replace it? I just put new BMB pads and rotors all around about 1k miles ago, so I don't want to put it all back together and get a stuck caliper that ruins a disk or the pads.

It's $30, just order a rebuilt caliper right? Any recommendations on caliper brand? ACDelco and Raybestos seem to be brand names I can easily get locally.
