Ball joint advice

I just replaced my ball joints with Moog problemsolvers. The top joint came with grease fitting. The bottom one came without one and the grease fitting hole appears to be plugged.
1. Do I need to add additional grease into a new BJ? 2. Is the bottom BJ one that does not need to be greased?

That is a grease fitting for the lower BJ. You need a needle adapter for your grease gun.
I would grease them after installation.
