Good day reader,
I replaced the synchro rings in my AX15 gearbox after the jeep became undrivable. The gearbox interior parts are now reassembled and sitting in the garage. The last thing I am waiting on are the gaskets (OMIX Part #: 18804.06) to reassemble the casings. Due to production delays/warehouse stock relocation, I now have to wait till February 2026 before the gaskets (pictured below) become available. I will not wait that long (I have already been waiting for 2 months...).
I'm wondering if anyone has a digital stencil of the gaskets they could share (should be 9 individual gaskets in total, for casings, bearing retainer, shift tower, etc). Then I (and anyone else needing these particular gaskets) could print them on A3 paper and use them as guides to cut proper gasket material.
I'm aware I can use RTV silicone gasket maker, but I simply wish to try old-fashioned gasket material, dressed with anaerobic gasket maker.
Should a digital stencil not be in existence yet, I will try the ball-pein hammer and paper trick to create a physical stencil, which I can then use to create a proper gasket. I intend to save this stencil in digital pdf/image format to share here.
Best regards,
Nicholas.

Here are some resources I compiled about the Jeep TJ Wrangler and particularly the rebuilding of the AX15 gearbox: https://nicholaswilliams.xyz/Jeep/Jeep.html
