Are all TJ year outside half door handles the same?

Bought some half doors last year. My half door thread

Keep finding little surprises...
Door hinge pin seized
Small crack in interior panel
Door keeper strap loops being bent in on both sides (fixed that with some wood and a pry bar)

Latest discovery is the outside driver door handle doesn't seem to sit flush and level like it should on the outer panel. It is just slightly off.

I think they may be aftermarket replacements which explains the problem of not fitting well! The casting on the back is different from the oem ones I see on eBay.

I saw that the interior handles are different between years, can anyone confirm the exterior handles are all the same?

Just ordered a used OEM pair of handles. Fingers crossed.

Some of the aftermarket ones looks pretty decent in online photos but does anyone have any real life experience with specific brands?

I just noticed one of the springs is broken on my aftermarket handles too.

I used this as a replacement for my drivers side, no different than the OEM I replaced or the pas side which I haven’t gotten around to replacing.
