As far as a back up plan, in the past we have gone the weekend after. Unfortunately, I am working and won't be able to make the following weekend.

I just saw this post and wish I could go, but unfortunately my weekend is already booked with some home repairs/remodeling. Hopefully the snow isn't as bad as the forecast predicts, but since it always seems like the April snowstorm is always worse than expected, I don't have high hopes.
