They obviously came to the realization that floor joists are overrated.

For some reason they aren't going to the right clips anyway.
When you see a 30 inch lam bean in a house you’re looking at some very deliberate load planning-
Those idiots cannot imagine what it took to design a fit for that
We had a company deliver a couple of pallets of tile and they brought it into the house and set it in the middle of the living room floor-
The next morning it was in the basement .
Back on track if you ever seen one of those laminated beams, and you’re involved in a conversation about some kind of modification to it- just walk away
