Damn straight. It was 14 deg this morning.
My truck said it was 14 here as I went through the car wash on the way to work.
16 in Canton. We moved here from So TX for the seasons, but damn!
If I went through a car wash here at 14, it's an almost guarantee that the spinning brushes would be full of ice and it would beat my truck like a pimp beating his prostitute.
I don't use them anyway after my next door neighbor's Tacoma received $8k of damage from the drive thru car wash when it beat the passenger side of his truck to pieces. It apparently had snatched a big antenna off the vehicle in front of him and decided to unleash it on his truck.
He had to lay on the horn for someone to notice and shut it off.
Car wash covered the repairs, but your truck still has been beat up.
I use a touchless car wash. It's the only way.

I'm going to invest in some detailing equipment to wash my own vehicles. Touchless is too expensive for often my stuff gets muddy. Plus, I don't take my jeep through carwashes unless I want to experience waterboarding, so there's that ...
I think I pay $27 a month for unlimited car washes and there's one by my office I use multiple times a week plus there are several other ones available to use too. They have to fit an F350.
Last weekend my tonneau cover was frozen shut so I went through the car wash twice in a row to thaw it out. Got it almost there but a buddy heater in the bed for a few minutes took care of the rest.
