Better than the COLD DAMP weather we're having right now... I'd be happy with it.

No kidding. I had an outdoor performance last nite - it was hot, still, and very sticky. I thought my makeup was going to melt off my face before I even got onstage. The Goddess heard my suffering and sent a sudden - and I mean SUDDEN - cool breeze. Temperature dropped 20 degrees in a matter of a few seconds! I was loving it, the Florida natives were bundling up.

This is not what winter is supposed to look like. I need a little bit of cold weather before being subjected to 7 months of 100+ temperatures.

This may look nice to non-Arizonans, but in the full blazing sun with these temperatures it’s still very hot, as in shorts and t-shirt and still sweating.

We have 6 seasons here.....

Summer

Autumn, don't blink or you'll miss leaves changing color
Winter
Winter adjacent
Spring, don't get excite yet, as soon as you think the snow is gone it dumps 18" of fresh snow in the middle of June.

We haven't had a lot of precipitation down here in the valley and it's been just warm enough during the day that what little precip we get at night doesn't hang around, but the mountains around us have slowly been gaining some depth.

We haven't had a lot of precipitation down here in the valley and it's been just warm enough during the day that what little precip we get at night doesn't hang around, but the mountains around us have slowly been gaining some depth.

It snowed 3" if not 4" the night before Thanksgiving and stuck around for 3 days and then melted and it's been raining every couple of days since. Between that & the wind it's just been cold but due to being damp it's just made it worse. I'll take the snow & cold over the wetside damp cold..
