I found several of these, all very similar. One of them actually had two bears, One of them goes back out the window, and the guy's standing there looking after it - but the other bear had disappeared off frame and didn't re-appear. AI most likely just for that reason - but they're still funny!

This is a good example of actually using your brain instead of just believing what’s posted on the internet is real. People should consider “Is this real? Who would have a camera in the toilet?” before believing what they see on the internet is actually real. We are entering a new era.
