That was a pet peeve of mine back in the day when "service" stations became "gas" stations and included a mini-mart. I'd have to stand in line TWICE behind idiots buying cigarettes and beer. Then they invented pay at the pump and life was much better!

Now those same idiots pay at the pump, leave their car at the pump and go inside to do some shopping.

Most people can't 'read the room'

If it's off hours and the pumps are 75% empty - that's one thing. I get so pissed at the prime hours when everyone's trying to fuel up and these idiots do exactly this.....

Thats why I have this sticker on my truck.

A couple months ago some lady pulls into the gas station, parks at a pump (because it's in the shade), goes inside, doesn't buy anything, and leaves. Oh, and it was one of two diesel pumps at the station.
