I'm about to buy a new washer/dryer pair - and its gonna be Speed Queen this time. With knobs.
That is the brand I am hearing about for long term reliability and ease of repair
That's what I'm hearing too. VERY expensive, but worth it if it is what its cracked up to be. I can pay about the same or more for a lesser brand with a bunch of crap "technology" and a PHOOOOOOONNE "App".
MIL has the speed queens for the last 15 years now. Stainless steel drum. Two knobs.
