Nope - Seat belts became mandatory equipment in all cars manufactured somewhere in the mid-60s. What I am saying is that parents who resisted the idea of wearing seatbelts only because "the guberment aint gonna tell me what to do", and that secondhand smoke could be harmful for their kids, were retarded.
