Nuts. I spoke with the production manager at the factory where my wife was built - looking for some better neck bearings - and was told that the production line was closed permanently and I'd just have to make do. The problem is that my wife was built in a cross over year - it was the first year for the uprated brain, which necessitated a larger brain cavity and thus a larger head, but they carried over the old style neck bearings which proved to be borderline at best. Apparently 2 years later they revised the neck bearings to a HD version, but they can't be retrofitted...
