Anybody with any common construction sense can tell that that thing wasn’t even close to being able to handle the pressure. Liquid concrete is a force to be reckoned with with.
That thing was built like they were trying to stop erosion with a plastic fence.
It’s not only ridiculous happened it’s ridiculous somebody allowed it to happen.
I bet some form engineer is looking for a job.
Reminds me of when Triton put in a new stove and vent overhead...The people in the apartment above him were furious. Now he’s planning a skylight.
