I’ve seen guys….their mantra was “when I come back I will…..”
We have one - “ it is nearly clean, i just need to come back and ……” uh no Charlie , knock it out now man.
He told one client the driveway needed more cleaning before we could say we were finished- uh Charlie, we do not have a contract to clean the driveway, it was a courtesy clean up. Stop running your mouth to clients.
