I realize very much- I remember seeing a 1968 Camaro Z 28 sale for $800
No one wanted anything to do with what we considered the classics today it seems.
My brother was five years older so he was 16 in ‘77 …. I can’t count the Chevelle’s and everything else he had.
You could get one with a part-time job or just hauling hay for the summer-
Incidentally, do you think that GS in the picture was intended to look like an X model or was that a pretty common paint scheme?

Some "things" are just built to be flogged... knees, backs, hips and other major joints are not "of those things".
