Nope, I think YOU missed it.
The web address could easily be found by someone who doesn't want to carry a PHOOOOONNNNNE.
All they need to do is take their camera and snap a picture of the poster, bring it to a One Hour Photo booth (probably in their 73 AMC Hornet with straight 6 and 3 on the tree), drop the film off, pick it up and drive to 2025 and ask someone with a PHOOOONNNNEEE to scan it and read the address to them, so they can write it carefully, then they can take that note to their local library and ask the attendant to help them navigate to the web address and get all the info they need.
See? Easy!
