Walked into Napa of all places and the counter body greeted me with a cheerful, "Hi, can I help you?"
Me-"Yep, I need a three jaw puller. "
Counter moron typing furiously, "ok, what's the make, model and year of you vehicle?"
I get it, he's a kid and I'm a grumpy old asshole.
I guess it's just who I am now.
I can't order 35" KO2s from the store down the street online because they don't fit my Jeep. According to the computer.
I get it, many people order the wrong thing. But I could buy tires for my Honda minivan and show up with my Jeep. So the system isn't as stupid proof as they think. There should be a manual over ride.
If I have to drive there and stand in line, I'll call around to some other places, since it's no longer convinent.

Interesting way to identify a human. Went to harbor freight for something and the “check out body” had a name tag that read…. Wade. Assume what you want it was a female human. I think. Being polite I said no mam and maybe even thank you mam. Guess it was the wrong pronoun cause haven’t seen “it” back in the store since.
