Another vacuum line missing post

This will be on my 99TJ, 4 cyl, 5spd, with A/C. Intake manifold under the TPS more less there are 2 rows of vac nipples. The upper/top 2 nipples, the rear most nipple there is no line to it. I capped it but it was open when I bought it. Am I missing something, or is this for CC perhaps? TIA.

There's gonna be spare vac outlets but the basic's on the 2.5 will be one line to the rocker cover, one large line to brake booster, one line to the charcoal cannister assembly and one line to the firewall and into the cab for the hvac. Also to cruise control if equipped. Any others can be capped like they were originally since they have a habit of dry rotting and falling off.
