Another turn signals not working thread

I've read a bunch of them already and still...

Started off with no turn signals, hazards, or brake lights (third brake light did work). Replaced all of the fuses (27, 17, and 2), reseated connectors, and replaced the flasher. After reseating connectors and replacing the fuses, it did the same thing. Plugged in the original flasher and got the hazards and brake lights to work, but not the turn signals. Now it does turn signal does nothing when I flip it to the left and it shuts off both brake lights when I go to the right. I think the evidence points to a bad new relay and maybe a faulty old relay. I just just hoping the experts would chime in before buying another replay or MFS only to (maybe) have the same issue, or see if this sounds like it might be another issue. One bulb does need to be replaced, but I don't see any corrosion in the socket at all (right front running light).

Bumping up. I have Monday off and was going to jump back into this. Anyone have any ideas???

Picked up a new MFS today and it did the exact same thing as my original. Hazards and rear brake lights work, but no turn signals. Swapped in the new relay (just in case) and the hazards and turn signals did not work again. Put the original back in and the hazards worked, but no turn signals. O'Reilly's took back the MFS and the guy even swapped out the relay I purchased from them (the one that did nothing. He even let me pay the difference for an upgraded one (the first was made in China), and the hazards did not work again. Reinstalled the original, hazards work, but turn signals still did not. I'm thinking my next step is to get the volt meter from my uncle. Any other suggestions???

I did swap out the right front running light and it works fine.

Can you get back to sq one? Start off with all bulbs working. Replace burned out ones. The ones in the front metal fenders will affect turn signal operation. There are no LED bulbs right? Why did you replace fuses? Were they burned up? Go back to original OEM flaser and mfs with all fuses working and all bulbs working and report back what problems there are.

The first thing I usually do when experiencing lighting issues it to run a tap thru each body fastener in the housings and check hardware and fixture for rust as everything is grounded thru the hardware.

Right now I am at square one, with the one exception of the replaced bulb that was burnt out. All lights work. The original MFS and relay are installed. I went through the fuses trying to track down the issue and found 1 that was not installed (27, I think in the PDC), the 20 amp fuse was in the one next to it for the factory sub (which I do not have). None of the fuses looked bad, but I didn't test them with a volt meter. I have no LED lights installed at all.

The odd thing is that when I have the lights on and move the turn signal down (to the 'turn left' position) nothing happens. When I go up (to the 'turn right' position) my 2 main brake lights go out. I checked out the wire loom to the trailer hitch connector and it seemed normal with no bare spots, etc. (from what I could see). With either one of the new flashers, I couldn't even get the hazards to work; didn't check the main brake lights because it was bright out and I was by myself. The third brake light always worked.

I got some more info from my family (the ones that were suppose to be taking care of my Jeep when I was out of town). I was told that they had let it sit for a few years after they had the ignition switch replaced (or fixed). Could that have anything to go with the turn signals not working since the hazards do work??? If so, what should I look out for?

Have you checked grounds yet.

Got it fixed. There was some corrosion in the right rear brake light, Cleaned it out, put in new bulbs, and re-replaced the 10 amp fuse (I guess it blew since the last time I checked it). Hopefully for good.
