After finally finding my leak at the condenser, is it possible to remove it by removing the radiator screws holding the radiator to the grill but keeping the radiator hooked up by the hoses still? Can it be snaked out?

I removed mine that way (in pieces). I ended up using a dremel with a cut off wheel to cut the lines to help me out. I struggled, but I got it. I also took out the radiator screws so I could push it back against the fan. I think I left the bottom drivers side radiator screw attached.

At a minimum I'd remove the fan. I don't think it's going to be easy, especially on the new condenser fins when you try to squeeze it in.

Welp, the service manual says you can swap it with the radiator in there, so I gave it a go. Took a few precautions with the fan and was able to snake it out. I should have unbolted the fan shroud and got it out of my way, but I got it done. Took about an hour and a half.
