WTB: 99 TJ jack handle

Looking for OEM type jack handle. I've looked on line nothing seems to pop up.
Including a Pic of the type of wrench needed. The ability to turn jack extension rod is needed.

Is that style wrench a wrangler only thing? I bet only for ones with external spare tires?
