Im selling my used sprintex supercharger kit, I'm asking 3500 for the supercharger kit with a snow performance stage 2.5 methanol injection system ,newcomer racing 68mm throttle body and a custom made 54mm pulley that produces 10 psi at redline. This kit made 199hp/275tq on a mustang dyno. I am willing to sell just the supercharger kit alone for $2500, I am open to shipping at the buyers expense send any offers to *supplied tune is via hp tuners buyer will need a hp tuners mpiv3 to flash pcm for tune robmaratta@yahoo.com thank you

I've had it installed for about 4 months now , I'm selling it because I've maxed this setup out already at 10psi. I'm on the looking at a bigger kit so I can run 20 psi.

im asking $3500 and you get alot more than just the kit itself , you get a snow stage 2.5 methanol kit with several different nozzles was $600 , a custom 54mm pulley which was $800 , newcomer racing 68mm throttle body which was $500 ( the inlet to the supercharger is ported for the 68mm throttle body) ,joe bond oil consumption kit and sight glass ,and il even throw in a set of hesco rocker arms to sweethen the deal , keep in mind your getting a tune with this which saves you alot of time and alot of money . If your interested il get you a price on shipping.

I’m happy to help you get folks’ eyes on this and help potential buyers learn more about the details.

Do you have a build thread to learn more about the build for those who don’t understand this world yet?

Would you be willing to ship things to the buyer in a reasonably organized manner and assist with install questions?

PCMs vary by submodel, so how is the tune provided to the buyer? I ask because not all tuning devices work for every year. Would you have the ability to install the tune into the buyer’s PCM if they sent it to you (how would that work)? I assume you won’t be sending the programmer since you’ll need it for your future tune.

Would the 05/06 folks need to install an 04 threaded IAT sensor into the intake manifold or can they install it into the plumbing of the kit?

https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/project-trash-hawk.80895/#post-1610874 here's is the build, I'm willing to ship at buyers expense. It's tuned using hp tuners beta , I've personally tuned an 02 wrangler and the software hooked up to my buddy's 06 wrangler so it would appear an hp tuners tune will cover all years that is supplied buyer will still need to purchase the mpiv to flash the tune. I personally left the iat in the manifold as per a reputable tuner said to leave it that way and having the sensor in the pipe only makes it run rich.

Right on.

The 05/06 folks have a plastic IAT sensor that clocks in to the intake tube, so they’d simply need to drill and tap for an 04 brass/npt sensor (works with the 05/06 PCM).

Folks move the IAT sensor out of the intake manifold so it won’t be heat soaked by the exhaust manifold which causes power loss due to the PCM to the PCM pulling timing. It would be best if you can get the sensor downstream of the injection nozzle but before the intake manifold. If it makes you run more rich with the W/M, that’s perfect bc you can back off with your injection and that will help your boost juice last longer.

I have the table for heat/timing set to 0 on hp tuners so it actually won't pull timing off of intake air temperature one of the bonus's of using hp tuners is you can mess with all the factory tables.

I haven’t seen guys go that route. How is the timing managed…ECTs?

Right now it's off of engine coolant temp and rpm. So it will just throw whatever timing i want at it. While I have a tuner nerd v4 knock detection system arriving tomorrow for further analysis there's 0 issues with this route I have found. The methanol comes into play as it will combat knock so I'm aloud to be a little liberal with the timing. I have two separate tunes one has the stock ignition map and one is tuned out to 42 degrees. There is a few guys that have tuned on the forums that removed all multipers and than tuned the jeep which helped alot for me.

Did I sell you this setup? It looks exactly like the setup I had, you met me at my dealership in PA?

It's very possible if we met at a dealership and you had a tj ? When you sold it you told me you couldn't get it running right ?

Yeah I had it running off the split second piggyback and bigger injectors but my engine had 170K and started a rod knock so I took it off. I ended up getting another 4.0 and rebuilt it.

Well it's nice to hear from you again , yeah I basically maxed out this setup and I want to goto a bigger kit. It's really changed the jeep, I don't think I could own another N/A 4.0 again lol
