2002 stock TJ (new build)

I have a 2002 stock TJ and have been lurking on here for awhile. Below is my proposed build. Jeep will be driven around town during the summer (parked in winter) and driven on logging roads/two tracks in the Upper Peninsula. Maybe hit some ORV parks.

2" BDS lift
JKS track bar relocation bracket
2018 JKU Rubicon take offs. BFG KO2 285/70/17, Rough Country spacers/adapters.
3/4 spring spacer for the front (currently have aftermarket bumper and winch)
Regear to 4.56 from 3.07, stock Dana 30/Dana 35. Add Detroit TrueTrac up front.

Add a 1.25 JKS body lift down the road.

Any suggestions?

Thanks. I mean, that is what I am modeling things after except I am purchasing a BDS kit from my home state that costs significantly less than OME. For $380 i was able to snag spring/shocks. Considering its far from a DD I thought it would be a good fit. Thank you.
