Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my 2001 Jeep Wrangler TJ's horn. When I press the horn on the steering wheel, it doesn't work. However, I've checked the relays, and they appear to be functioning correctly. When I manually engage the relay, the horn goes off, indicating that the horn itself is working.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem or have any suggestions on how to diagnose and fix this issue?

Thank you in advance for your help!

My guess would be the clockspring too. It's not really a "clockspring" however, it's a coiled wiring harness inside an enclosure located behind the steering wheel that connects the horn, air bag, and cruise control from the steering wheel to the rest of the Jeep.
