2001 jeep wrangler 4.0 with 180,000 miles. I had a new fuel pump installed 6 months ago, jeep runs great until engine warms up after about 15 minutes of driving. When you give full throttle engine stutters like it's cutting out, ease off gas pedal and it will slowly get up to speed. Only does this when engine is completely warmed up not when cold.

Check the spark plugs and ignition wires. If they’re worn or damaged, they might struggle to produce a strong spark when the engine is hot.

A failing ignition coil can also lead to misfiring under load. If it is heat-soaked, it may not provide adequate spark when the engine is warm.

Clogged or malfunctioning fuel injectors can cause poor fuel delivery, especially when the engine is under load. Sometimes it helps to wrap the injectors with heat shield to prevent them from becoming heat soaked.

A faulty sensor, like the coolant temperature sensor, can cause the engine to misbehave as it may not read the correct temperature, affecting fuel delivery. Additionally, check for any error codes that could point you in the right direction.

While you've mentioned the fuel pump was replaced, it might be worth checking the fuel pressure to ensure it's within spec.

A blockage in the exhaust system, like a clogged catalytic converter, can also cause significant performance issues when the engine is hot.

Have you addressed the chronic cracked head issues endemic on 2000s and 2001s?

Check the stamping visible through the oil fill hole.
