1999 Jeep Wrangler · Suv · Driven 182,000 miles
1999 Jeep TJ Sport with 4.0, 32rh auto trans with 3 speed with 182000 miles. Owned the Jeep for approximately 3 years and have only put about 5k miles on it. Sits and doesn’t get driven much but starts right up. I have swapped in a Dana 44 rear with 3.73 gearing and new 30 spline chromoly shafts from ECGS. New Rear upper adjustable control arms core4x4 camp series and newly installed advanced adaptors sye with a new tom woods drive shaft and fresh spicer ball joints.
Interior has new corbeau seat covers, new bed rug front carpet, Sony lcd w/backup camera.
It does have a rear main seal leak that I just haven’t gotten to. When it was regularly driven, it dripped 1-2 drops a night but never had to put additional oil in it. Also has a leak at the shaft seal on the trans, I have the part and if I have a chance plan to change it out during the holidays. It does have a small rust spot on the passenger fender, but no rust anywhere else on the body. Frame is essentially rust free.
It was a fun project and spent a good amount of time on it but time for my other Jeep project. Clean title in hand. Not looking for trades right now.
