06 Rubicon Auto - Vehicle Speed Sensor 0344 Code - need help

So I have been chasing a a consistent 0344 camshaft position sensor code for months. I've checked and replaced a ton of stuff and finally found that when I disconnect my vehicle speed sensor, the 0344 code stops. I checked the voltage going to the VSS and I get 5V so I'm thinking I may have a bad VSS which I believe shares the same circuit as my CPS. My speedometer is also not working. All fuses have checked out too. Has anyone out there had a similar experience?

Try and tighten the output yoke first. The rubi uses a tone ring and hall sensor. If they are not torqued correctly weird things can happen
