00 TJ 165k 4.0L 3.5" Suspenion 1" Body Lift. 35"ish tires. SYE & Tom Woods Drive Shaft.

Been running the lift and drivetrain setup for about 20k miles over 4 years. I'm getting vibration under acceleration, but it doesn't start until about 3rd gear and it is felt in both gear shift and steering wheel so pretty much entire drivetrain and coming through the body shaking. I don't think its the pinion angle because that was set and has been fine for 15k miles, but I guess its worth revisiting. I've got Core 4x4 control arms that I can easily adjust if thats the case but they haven't moved. Coasting at high speed the vibration isn't there so it isn't tires. What I'm not sure about is if the clutch has ever been replaced and if this is a symptom of it wearing. I've never experienced what a bad clutch feels like, but there isn't any slippning when taking off in 1st gear (4.11 gears). For what its worth, when we bought it the guy was running 32's w/ a 3" body lift and 3.73's and it was a DOG so that's why im leaning clutch as I think its been strained. I wouldn't think the U joints have already worn as we've greased them periodically and Ive hear Tom Woods stuff is solid, but I guess that's a possibility

Typically we can drive this thing no issues at 75mph on the interstate and haven't had any wobbles or other issues since we tried to do it "right" and this is the first issue I've come across.

My guess would be a ujoint or double cardan joint in the driveline.
