While I was washing the jeep I noticed the tailgate retainer bar clip was loose, so I went to tighten it down only to find out one of the screws is stripped. Has anyone else ran into this problem and what was their solution? I'm thinking I'll just have to tap it and get some different hardware

So recently i got a bestop sailcloth soft top and this weekend went wheeling with it. Tonight id like to clean the Jeep and get all the mud out of it. Any tips for getting mud out of the soft top?

I have 2 questions. How durable are the soft tops in high winds? And in high winds can I roll my window down without worrying about the wind coming in and turning the top into a sail/balloon?
