What do you mean fuse 27 "does not work"? If you mean it is blown/bad have you not tried to replace it? And even a blown fuse will have 12 volts on one side of it. Is Fuse #6 good? You can pull a fuse and look at it to see if it is blown or good. Yes NTK and NGK sensors are good quality.

What is the problem with your front axle shaft? It doesn't sound like you need anything stronger than the OEM carbon steel axle shafts, chromoly like 4340 would be way overkill.
