    Multi switch issue

Odds are the hyperflash at the rear could be caused by the front turn signal not working. Check the front turn signal's wiring, especially check its ground connection. Check its bulb too, is it blown? That the turn signal light stays on could be cause by a weak/lazy return spring in the turn...

1999 Wrangler 4.0 has no spark, no power to coil, and tach doesn't move

What do you mean fuse 27 "does not work"? If you mean it is blown/bad have you not tried to replace it? And even a blown fuse will have 12 volts on one side of it. Is Fuse #6 good? You can pull a fuse and look at it to see if it is blown or good. Yes NTK and NGK sensors are good quality.

1999 Wrangler 4.0 has no spark, no power to coil, and tach doesn't move

Fuse #6 inside the Power Distribution Center, a 30 amp fuse, provides power to the ASD relay and thus the ignition coil and the fuel injectors, that fuse is common to all of those. For the O2 sensor heater circuits check fuse #27, a 10 amp, also inside the power distribution center.

Clutch rebuild / repair help needed

Looks good, I would just hold off with the new flywheel as they are seldom needed. I pulled my flywheel at 192k miles and it still looked pristine. And make sure NOT to turn/resurface the existing flywheel as doing so would remove its slight dome shape on its surface. Yes most of the time the...

    Question on Rubicrawler and stopping

I never got the need or benefit to the Rubicrawler with an automatic transmission either, especially with a Rubicon that has the 4:1 transfer case. I can crawl as slow as I need to with an automatic transmission.

Goodnight! I hope all is well everyone's way. Jeep 2000 tj I6 auto

You have a big vacuum leak somewhere that is letting extra air into the engine which is why you have the high rpms. Have you had anything replaced like an exhaust manifold? That can cause a huge vacuum leak. Anything worked on that could have resulted in a vacuum hose being removed that maybe...

    #41 or #42 speedo gear?

Charts are for the an average tire using its measurement molded onto the sidewall so 35" in your case. I'd go with the 41 tooth. I did several tire size and axle ratio changes over the years on my previous TJ and using the tire's "official" tire size on its sidewall always yielded an accurate...

    Stalling issue

OK all that combined definitely doesn't sound like a bad O2 sensor.

Where should I mount my hi-lift jack?

$50, it sold quickly. He wasn't a Jeeper though, he just said it wasn't for a Jeep. I was too busy packing to ask more about its intended use lol.

    Stalling issue

His Profile indicates he has a 2000 4.0. @Kawijeep have you ever noticed the issues before the engine has started to warm up? Do you know if the O2 sensors were ever replaced? If they were do you know what kind of O2 sensors were installed?

Where should I mount my hi-lift jack?

X2, though I threw mine into the back of my shed 21 years ago never to see the light of day again until I took it out to sell it during my move 2 years ago.

    Rubicon axle shaft recommendations

I just did a 10-15 minute Google search for standard OEM type carbon steel axle shaft sets for your front Dana 44 axle and I was surprised I found nothing that was reasonably priced. All I found were individual shaft pieces that you'd have to put together and total pricing was right up there if not...

    Rubicon axle shaft recommendations

Revolution Discovery, which is a great brand, is 4340 chromoly and it is still more expensive and way overkill for your needs. An OEM type replacement axle is really all you need. Your front axle already has 30 splines and is stronger than is needed for most needs. Again what is the problem...

    Rubicon axle shaft recommendations

What is the problem with your front axle shaft? It doesn't sound like you need anything stronger than the OEM carbon steel axle shafts, chromoly like 4340 would be way overkill.

I don't remember any canons getting cleaned up but then the women were hungry so they were pushing me to leave so I probably just missed them lol.
