What keeps the rear hardtop window from vibrating?

This is my first time putting on a hardtop what keeps the rear window from vibrating?

It looks like you still need to remove the softop rear window bar brackets from the tailgate. 2 brackets each have Phillips screws holding them down
 
I removed those now but I still have play with the rear window. Or is that normal?

You don't pull those brackets.
Close the back glass then the tailgate. The tailgate holds the glass tight against the weatherstrip.

I have the same amount of play whether the brackets are there or they're not there I'm just curious if that little bit of play is normal
 
You don't pull those brackets.

The inside of the window trim may or may not fit into the softtop brackets.
The brackets that came with my new top are not the same as the originals.
If they don't fit, then they could be keeping the window from shutting all the way.
Regardless, they are not needed for the window to stay shut.
IIRC, hardtop only jeeps didn't come with the brackets.
