Pulled my driveshaft because I have Angry Sparrows. Do my U Joints look okay? I’m not really sure what to look for so I thought I would seek help from those more educated on the forum. The sparrows are gone now that my driveshaft is out.
Good catch, I just had u-joints on the mind. With angry sparrows type noise, your centering ball is the culprit. But just rebuild the entire shaft since you already have it apart. The joints probably aren't far behind.Did anyone read? He said he had noise and with the driveshaft pulled the noise is gone...the noise was described as "sparrows"...why would you not replace them now?

Come on don't exaggerate ! , Looks like those u-joints could have gone another 30 maybe 40 feet before grenading !I just pulled these out for a guy and replaced the shafts with RG&A 1350 shafts....these are shot!
I'd say those still have 50k miles before they get really bad !!!!I just pulled these out for a guy and replaced the shafts with RG&A 1350 shafts....these are shot!
