Attempting to change the diff side front drive shaft u-joint, which, to my understanding is a spicer 5-793x (2003 Rubicon). However, the u-joint I pulled out of the driveshaft looks a little odd. The caps were protruding from the drive shaft, and there were no retaining clips.

I was able to press it out, however I really have no point of reference for the new u-joint, which looks quite a bit different in the way it's held in place. The new u-joint is a 793x, and contains 1 set of inner c-style retaining clips, and 1 set of outer spring style (traditional style) clips.

Which way does the 793x go into place? My guess is that the spring style clips keep the u-joint on the driveshaft side? And the c-clips behind the straps? First time replacing a u-joint so I was a little surprised with the difference between the two.

Nevermind. I think I found the answer with a bit of searching. Sounds like the c-clips hold the u-joint in place on the driveshaft according to this thread.
