ORO Swayloc Clunk

I was able to shim it with a beer can and get within acceptable tolerance, so I declined the offer to send a new one. I keep it greased weekly and made my own seals to keep the grease put.
Regarding the grease, I carefully drilled and tapped a bolt myself and got the zerk to stay put.
In the end, I had to improve upon the design a bit, but I’m happy with it. Works great on the trails.

I thought I updated this thread, but I guess I was just having a private conversation with Mr. Bills.
Ignore the zerk in these pics. That was just to get grease in there to test.
