It's listed on FB and it is free. The person knows nothing about it. Any ideas?

Thank you for your the input. They changed the listing to sold.

I dont have any experience with any jeep hardtop. Was only looking for advise or if there was something I couldn't tell from the pic.
Ha hate that you missed it but don’t stress over it! I am a newbie feeling my way around and learning things every day. I ask basic questions when I can’t find the answer, it’s the only way you learn!

Thats true. No harm done. Stay on here..it's a great forum. Has value. Questions get answered. We all miss things. I missed seeing Dan Seals live once at a local theater. He passed, and I still hate I missed it.

Don't feel bad. We all miss out sometimes. I once passed on this stupid opportunity to get in on a string of franchises called "Papa Murphy's Pizza" years ago. I told my buddy that's a dumb idea, zero people want to take home uncooked pizza. I'll keep my $30k & you have fun getting a part of all those stores. Idiot.

If it makes you feel a tiny bit better, the back glass on that hard top is definitely gone. You'd have to replace it, which would take some time and money. Still would have been great to get it for free, but you didn't miss out on a turnkey hard top.

I was going to say

I was going to make a similar comment. Glass, struts, hinges, latches, paint and such. It would have taken time and money to bring it back to life. My apologies for being a little harsh. On the onther hand I do like my Hardtop.

Pprobably good reasons why it was free.
