Missing bolts

Now I know why when I hit a bump it felt like the spare was trying to take my back door off . Remember I’ve only had Jeep for 2 weeks now . Took spare tire off and noticed the 2 bottom bolts we not there , just 2 gaping holes were the grommets use to be . After brain storming the situation this was the only solution I could come up with . Had to fix one on top too because it stripped out when I was tightening it .

33s on 18” rim . There were no bottom bolts for lord knows how long and when I hit a bump the bottom part of the bracket was moving up and down . But it’s solid as a rock know so we will see .
