One tight bolt!

Had the turn key no click issue...
Grabbed a new starter from O'Reilly's and went to work.
Boy that top bolt is hard enough to reach and could not break it free,
Out came the 1/2 in Milwaukee impact with Impact swivel 15mm and 3 in extension.
Stuffed the gun by the exhaust (Barely) and it took maybe 2 seconds before it broke free!
Never would have been able to do that by hand.
Glad I was able to get this done, I felt My Manhood slipping away a bit ..... All's better now.

It is truly amazing how an impact will loosen bolts whereas doing by hand break bolts.

It was the starter, all fixed.
