I changed the torque converter in my 2005 jeep tj with the 42rle and it won’t even drive when into gear, the torque converter is working fine because a lot of oil came out of the cooler lines when the car started, the gearbox goes into gear and the car revs down but the car doesn’t even try to move, we hooked up everything to the trans and seems fine

Make sure your transfer case is in gear. Might have popped it out. Might not have the linkage connected...might check on the case.

Certainly sounds like an internal transmission issue. Might be time to pull the pan...I think you can air check the solenoids on the electronically controlled transmission...but I'd defer to the FSM or someone who has been inside one of them.

That means the pump is working fine,might be a bad converter?what were you trying to fix with a new converter?
Just out of curiosity, how many quarts of atf +4 did you dump in the transmission? Typically on a filter change you are looking at about 4-5 quarts, with a converter replacment you are looking at about 8 quarts plus or minus.
I am replacing the torque convertor because i have the p0740 code and been recommended to change the torque convertor, i didn't fill the convertor with oil before i installed it but i think the second hand torque convertor i got is bad, I am going to get a brand new torque convertor and see how it goes. If it works and still gets the code i might go towards a new PCM.

You need to fill the converter when you install it. That could be the problem. Although it will fill eventually, dry starting can damage the pump.
And your original problem was probably the PCM. I'd fill up and reinstall the original torque converter and consider replacing the pump.
