What did you do to your other vehicle today?

I didnt have internet for the front of this project. And now Im a tweaker when it comes researching stuff :D

Came down to American Powertrain or MDL and I chose MDL. Quality exceeded expectations.

I can't be sure what you are building from that picture but looks a lot like my early Mustang from underneath. If so, I highly recommend Vintage-Mustang.com as a forum much like this one - full of outstanding tech info and 99% good folks with moderation to keep it that way.

Im over there too :D

Found out late last week the JKU is totaled. Sort stinks overall was 2015 Rubicon Hardrock with 51K miles on it. Was good shape. I managed to let the insurance company let me remove the winch and skid plates. I show up at the auto body shop to get personal belongings out and remove the items. They tell me “No you can’t do that here, what if you get hurt? You’ll have to wait till it gets moved to the next place.” They leave we get our belongings out and I walk up front the bumper was off. Looked my wife and kid and said “four bolts its coming off” grabbed the power tools and 10 minutes it was off. I managed to get ahold of the place where it went and have permission to go tomorrow to remove the skid plates.

Going to take look at the tranny / TC as they said the impact made the DS put a hole in the transmission, I am curious if that really happened or not.

Daughter is already looking at other Jeeps.

This other car stuff might seem lame and un important, but I took this shit apart in 99 :D

Got the balancer, crank and water pump pulleys installed, and got all the missing hardware figured out. Everything on the front is torqued and not just mocked up anymore.
