I finally got the TCase out of the TJ tonight.
Had an oops this past August so now I get to replace the output shaft.

It's not that I was doing anything fun, it was a bonehead mechanic (me) problem.
The rear driveshaft came off on my way into work because said bonehead (me) didnt tighten up the driveline after replacing the pinion seal.

It came off at about 70. Everything was going great up until just a second or two before it came off.
Pulled over, got the shaft off the TCase output shaft, shifted into 4wd and finished the drive into work
I ended up finding a NOS shaft on Ebay and a driveshaft at a junk yard.

Just had the Aircon system checked and regassed.. now I get lovely cold air again out the vents.
First time it's had it done in its 22years of life I think. Was pretty much empty
