Is it safe to run a battery tender through the DC power port?

I caught it and fixed it before you replied. My mistakes are due to the way I type which is looking at the screen and talking in my head. Then I see what I typed and have to go fix it.

Okay I can't find the thread where it's explained can you help me find it

No need, Blaine has already corrected it - likely without even seeing my little jab. I do that all the time. I'll be looking at posts I've written years ago and see a typo - and damn if I don't take the time to correct it.
Irks me to no end when I find my mistakes which are usually in a quote.

I've gone through a lot of battery tenders. I've got mowers, tractors, vehicles, motorcycles... they're all mostly cheap crap.

Yeah that other community doesn't mess around with cheap stuff, but the wiring harnesses are better quality as well.

CTek has long been the standard for AGM for those not using the one Porsche sells to the unsuspecting dentist.

NOCO or the Battery Tender 4.5Amp sold at Costco are more popular for the folks doing LiFePo batteries (Anti-gravity $$$$).

The original was from SSV and we replaced it with the one from Memphis because there is no fader function in the SSV unit. If you don't need a fader, that one is for sale.

Good to know, really I like to dream about this stuff but preparing for the sand hollow trip is already eating all my consumable income for months

Someone call the grammar police @JMT

Y’all missed the spelling error. 😂

See Post #32.
