So, as a former 2005 TJ owner and a current 1992 YJ and 2021 Gladiator - Mojave owner....
If you care to listen, here is my quick 3 year 55K mile review of my Mojave. 3.6 liter gas, 8 speed automatic, with the 4 auto - selectable AWD transfer case.

This Jeep truck has been perfect. Knocking on wood I have had zero issues with this truck.

I drove It cross country 3 times. Drove it in a couple snow seasons in the midwest using the full time 4wd. Driven it fast in the CA desert.

But used mostly as a daily driver.

The ride of this Mojave is excellent. It does not ride like any Jeep I have ever owned. It is a smooth riding truck.

The stock Falken 33" all terrains are still on it, with many miles left in them after 55K miles. I like them so much that I put 35" Falkens on my F250.

I have never taken the top off, only because I don't want to get caught in a Midwest rain storm. And flying thru the desert when in CA with the top off is a mistake jeepers learn. Unless you like cleaning out sand and dust for years.. Keep the top on when offroad.

Looking back, the only drawback to my Gladiator Mojave is the price. I paid 60k after tax and license in 2021.

Be well.

Excellent description of the Mo-JAV.
They are great vehicles. It s a bit too civilized for me and that is why I’m selling mine. With that said, if I weren’t an old-curmugeon, I would probably keep and enjoy mine.

Just found this thread. I have a TJ but the wife enjoys it so much she wanted to trade in the GJC on a wrangler- but that was our tow vehicle. Settled on a gladiator rubicon x with a 7k tow capacity. Added a bestop flip top so she has that open air feeling. Shes off roaded it with the doors off and roof open and it will take years to get the dust and dirt and now dog hair out too… but hey- it’s a Jeep. Rides great, tows great, I don’t care for all the electronics but it’s great when the family visits that everyone can Offroad in a new Jeep and a real Jeep. 😁

I own and drive a TJ now but if I ever want to upgrade to a newer model it would most definitely be a Jeep Gladiator Mojave.
