Funny work story.
Never really had a thang for watches but, when I worked and was a crew leader my guys always asked me what time it was. And it was mostly because they wanted to know when the official break time was coming up, as not to get caught by the middle-management scum.
So I just bought a cheap Timex wind-up and took the band off and kept it in my pocket.
Then cell phones came in to my life. So I super-glued that Timex to the forward/reverse lever on the Cat loader that I used to operate. And it stayed there for a few more years.

In my shop I have a clock that has no numbers hanging next to a clock that runs backwards.

I've nestled into this retirement thang real good.

I hear you. My wife and I are into clocks - we're surrounded by them; hence no need to wear a watch. Cars have clocks in them too, blah, blah.

But I suspect there aren't in clocks in, near, or around the Great Pyramid, etc...

Just get a phone!

I have one. It tells time too, so does my computer.

One of the interesting things about phones is they’re still subject to time dilation but self-correct via GPS satellites.

Yep. The computer and phone self set to Internet time, the rest I manually set to a WWV clock I keep for that purpose. Nothing drives me nuttier than an inaccurate clock. I had to tell the IT departments at more than one job that, "if you're going to set my computer's clock, set it to the right time, otherwise leave it the Hell alone!" That put me in charge of company wide time keeping at one job.

That is until some rich asshole builds a fake Pyramid looking cell tower.

They don't use them anymore in the Eco Drive
Just get a manually wound watch then you never have to worry about it.

I always wanted one of those Citizen Blue Angels but the size seemed daunting.

I got mine got $59

new in the box from Kohls, had some Kohls cash and was buying school clothes for the kids.

Somehow the cashier got all kinds of confused and we ended up walking out spending in-store credit. Cheapest Skyhawk I've ever heard of.
