Is this update a PCM update? Is it available for the 2000 PCM?
When I connect to my 2000 via HP Tuners, I don't see an option to disable the emissions (EVAP). Is there something else I need to do to be able to disable this?

Thanks! I took my EVAP and pump out since mine is off road only now. I want to turn it off so the check engine light goes off.
No, it's an update to the software on your laptop. I am not aware of a CPS position setting correction that would allow the swap
There are layers of settings around this. First is completing their training to grant access to more advanced emissions and fueling controls.
