From the limited pics and where the coolant appears, I’d start with the water pump or thermostat. They are directly above the front of the oil pan behind the serpentine belt.

Not to be crass but - did you give it a smell?
If it isn't a mixture (looks pretty clean), you should be able to tell. If you haven't R&R coolant - pop the rad cap to get a send of it's aroma (and you can see the color, too). Fuel smell is pretty universally known if you pump you own gas.
How are you managing to collect it into the bag from what look like drips on the engine and cardboard on the floor (vs some sort of larger 'catch tray')? - just going off the pics.
