I cant find a cargo mat to cover the full cargo area with the back seat removed

Just got a husky and it only covers the exposed area when the back seat is folded up

Bedrug/BedTred is the only choice I think, but it's more a full carpet replacement than cargo mat. Nothing stops you from installing one on top of carpet I think, other than trying to get it to lay nice and flat?

I don’t currently have the back seat in but I did for a while when I first got the mats. It worked fine with the seat in.

Thanks for the reply. Did you not have the seat belts installed when you had the backseat in? From what I’ve seen, the cargo mat doesn’t have seatbelt cutouts. I love the mat but this is a dealbreaker for me I think.

Here ya go. Sorry it a couple of days. I don’t remember exactly how it worked, which probably means it was no big deal to do.

I just bought a generic rubber trunk liner from Costco, put it on top of the carpet and cut to fit. A bit redneck but it works.

Nothing redneck about it, man. Did the same thing. Quality rubber mat from Home Depot. Cut it to fit over the carpet. Boom. Clean and durable surface.
